Asynchronous motors soft starters
Reliable and user-friendly induction motors soft starters type «Altistart» during mechanisms startup and stop make it possible to:
- decrease several times reducers and drive belts tear and wear;
- avoid hydraulic shocks in pipelines and pumps glands;
- decrease starting current value and rate of its rise;
- decrease installed capacity and overloads level of feeding transformers and switchgears;
- decrease tear and wear of switching equipment, thereby increasing its lifetime several times.
The offered soft starters are modern electronic modules based on power thyristors, manufactured with digital microprocessor control. They are designed to soft start three-phase current asynchronous motors for rated rotation speed.
Regulated power limitation is provided in soft starters for intentionally soft starting (i.e. for intended avoidance of rotation moment peaks under load jumps). The unit standard execution includes smooth braking function for mechanisms with blower moment (blowers, pumps, compressors).
Modern industrial design gives a possibility of easy and fast adjustment.
Control panel has well-adjusted logical interface, which enables highly convenient adjustment and diagnostics.
Power range is from 7,5 kW up to 630 kW for voltage 380 V and up to 1600 kW for voltage 660 V.
