Blowers and pumping units control systems
PLUTON experts developed and implemented into production two series of control systems for blowers and pumping units in the wide capacity and operational conditions rage. Depending on object requirements, in control systems are applied frequency converters or asynchronous electric drives soft starters.
SHSAUV (blowers automatic control system cabinet) is provided for control of metro main ventilation blowers and other facilities blowers.
SHSAUV provides blower acceleration/stop with the set rate and current limitation, operation in steady mode with set rotation speed, change of blower rotation speed and direction, motor protection, louvers control.
SHSAU-NU (pumping unit automatic control system cabinet) is provided for automatic cost-efficient control of electric drives in pumping unit of various purposes, types and capacity with one or several pumps. Capacity limits of one pump are 1,5…160 kW, number of pumps is unlimited.
SHSAU-NU fulfills functions of smooth, shock-free startup and stop, regulation of technological parameters by drive electric motor rotation frequency change in automatic mode, signaling, diagnostics, protection, local and remote control, auxiliary electric drives control.
