PLUTON gives the students of the last courses and graduates an opportunity to gain their first experience in one of the largest companies of Ukraine and to take important steps in their professional career.

Our company supports the students of engineering disciplines of technical universities, providing them with an opportunity of teaching and participating in various internships and practices. Students can take part in interesting projects as assistants for experts of our Company, and also check up their knowledge, abilities and skills, while solving the put tasks. The  internship programs involve an acquaintance with and learning all operational processes and functions directly on site.

In that way the future experts have an opportunity of getting experience in a large company, understanding the specific features of products market, finding out «from the interior» about business processes functioning, and afterwards make an informed choice. During internship participants gain experience with leading engineers and experts of PLUTON company in the field of programming, electrical engineering, traction substations automation for city electric transport, metro and railways, ACS TP and remote control systems development.

Our enterprise regularly conducts excursions for students, where they can learn more about arrangement of the enterprise structure, the production processes sequence, find out in details about the equipment operation specific features and manufactured products range.

Possibilities for graduates, who successfully passed internship or practice at our Company, are not limited with the reference letter — many of them get a workplace and become a part of PLUTON team after finishing internship.
