Directly in the Company office are carried out the English courses for those, who want to develop and support a present English language level, and also for more productive conduct of negotiations and business communication with foreign partners. Also, we give possibility of foreign business trips, where employees can get valuable experience directly on the Customer’s object and make their contribution to the project.
Motivation system
A special system of personnel activity estimation allows defining the contribution of every employee to the main Company’s result, and developing approaches to motivation and reward level. All PLUTON employees pass the activity estimation which determines the best employee of the year/ quarter/month and amount of reward.

Personnel pool
Our company involves the program of internal personnel pool training — the system-related work on identifying the most ambitious employees, their training and promotion both to higher positions and to key management positions according to the individual development plans. Training is also carried out according to the special purpose program, which is developed taking into account the present level of professional skills of candidates and focused on forming and development of knowledge and skills, needed for successful work on the particular position.
